Individual Youth Therapy

  • Sessions are 60 Minutes long 
  • My rate is $130 for individual sessions (60 minutes)  

Parent Counselling Supports

  • Sessions are 75 minutes long 
  • My rate is $160 for parenting sessions (75 minutes)  

INSURANCE AND TAX

  • Check with your insurance company to see if they cover services for Registered Psychotherapists.
  • Self-employed people may be able to deduct the cost of the session under personal development or medical expense. Check with your accountant.
  • HST may be recoverable for those with a business number charging HST and claiming it as professional development.
